Our Website requests personal information about you only in the event that you are a customer that has purchased from us, submitted an online e-mail by visiting the Contact Us page or programming content for your screens though the use of our admin media tool. You are not required to provide any personal information to view or download documents which include technical support guides and FAQs. It may be required of you to provide personal information when requesting technical support via telephone or e-mail and during future upgrade purchases. What is important to note is that we do not currently, nor have we ever stored your credit card information anywhere on our Website, online or offline. When purchasing a product or service from our site, your billing details are passed directly to our credit card processor, and then removed, (deleted) from our system. Nothing related to your financial transaction is stored, or otherwise remembered for future convenience, which also means you will be required to provide billing and credit card details the next time you wish to purchase an upgrade from us.

The requests for information allow iCast Multimedia to provide services which enhance your experience throughout the life of your subscription. The information that we collect during a customer login is necessary for us to “push” your multimedia files from our servers to your iCast System on location. The admin tool located on the home page of icastmultimedia.com is fully secure via Secure Socket Layer (SSL / HTTPS) using TCP/IP accessible from your browser. Your login details such as the time you login and the choices you make for download are transmitted to our servers in preparation for immediate download to your iCast System.

iCast Multimedia will not sell your private information to any outside company for its use in marketing or solicitation. iCast Multimedia may disclose your information in certain cases where we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe it is required by law. Periodically, we will use the information provided to us to notify you of important announcements regarding special offers or important functionality changes to our Website. We will not use the list for co-marketing purposes where any third party would be involved. If you would rather not receive updates and/or newsletters, you can request to be excluded from these announcements by e-mailing us directly at privacy@icastmultimedia.com . iCast Multimedia may also use customer information on an aggregate basis to better understand our users and to improve our services.
