From application to hiring, our employment process usually takes between two weeks and one month. If your availability changes from the time of your interview, please update HR with your situation. Screening

Our team reviews qualifications of all candidates seeking consideration for a position. We base our evaluation process on three key areas. We look at past work experience, education and completion of a written exam that is e-mailed to you at the time of your phone interview. Once we have a list of finalists for a position we will schedule a phone interview with you.

If you are considered a finalist for a position, an iCast Multimedia representative will call you to ask for additional information, such as technical proficiency, salary expectations and to discuss and initiate the written exam process.

A representative from iCast will call to arrange a time for you to visit our offices for a face-to-face interview. If you do not live within our area we will make other arrangements for you. Detailed information about what you should bring to the interview will be given at the time of this call. Feel free to bring samples of your previous work for evaluation.

Interview

When you arrive for your interview an iCast manager will meet you and discuss the job particulars as well as answer any questions you may have. You will be required to share your qualifications and background with us so that we can measure you communication skills. All candidates will have the opportunity to learn more about iCast Multimedia and the iCast System. Along with the written test administered for the phone interview, you may be asked to perform some hands on computer based tasks during your interview.

Compliance Check

All candidates considered for a position at iCast Multimedia will be required to participate in a background check and a drug test. The background check covers your employment history, references, educational qualifications, etc. Prior to conducting this check we asked you to sign a form authorizing this process. After completion of this process if all information passes our minimum requirements you will be contacted by iCast Multimedia with a verbal offer.

Verbal Offer

If you're selected for the position and the drug test and background check are satisfactory, an iCast manager will call you with a verbal offer. This phone call will cover the anticipated start date, salary negations, and potential notice for your current employer and our benefits package.

Offer Sheet

Once our offer is accepted by the candidate via telephone, we will determine your start date. An official offer sheet is then e-mailed to you which contains all information pertaining to your employment. New hires generally start on Mondays and can expect to work a nine to five work schedule unless special circumstances are present. Sales employees who may travel to remote locations may be asked to work varied schedules depending on the location and project details.

Graphic Designer:

A graphic designer produces visual solutions to the communication needs of clients, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. Designers need imaginative flair, awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact on the design.

Appropriate medium and styles are selected in conjunction with the client's requirements. By providing quality visuals it is hoped the profit margins of the client will increase as potential customers become more informed or persuaded by the graphics.

Sales Associate:

Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of an organization's products and/or services. Requires a minimum of an associate's degree or its equivalent with 1-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
